Alexandria Hilton, MCC, is a Global Leadership Consultant, Executive Advisor and a Founder and Principal of EUROUS. She specializes in “revealing human masterpieces” in leaders and their teams. Selected Global clients include: Accenture, Cisco Systems, IBM Global Services, Genentech, Clorox and Tyco Electronics.

Experience/Background
Alexandria brings over 25 years of experience of working with top performers from C-level to Senior Executives and Directors to entrepreneurs who become powerful leaders and agents of organizational change.

Coaching: Alexandria is a specialist in leadership development and executive coaching for individuals and teams. She helps executives, managers and high potential talent sharpen, develop and leverage their leadership abilities through her coaching, training and executive onboarding services. She provides transition coaching for navigating through culture change due to mergers and acquisitions.

Consulting and Training: Alexandria develops strategies and programs with leaders of corporations and organizations from diverse industries. She facilitates strategic planning retreats for Boards of Directors and courses in transition for corporate clients.

Education/Certification
Alexandria studied negotiation at the Harvard Negotiation Insight Initiative. She has an M.A. in Consciousness Studies from John F. Kennedy University, and a B.A. in English Literature with a minor in Education. She was awarded the Master Coach Certification; the highest internationally recognized coaching certification from the International Coach Federation (ICF). Alexandria is also certified through The Coaches Training Institute. In addition, she completed the Graduate Coaching Program through the Newfield Network, emphasizing integral and ontological coaching.

Affiliations/Achievements
Alexandria contributes to the coaching profession through training and mentoring graduate level coaches-in-training at John F. Kennedy University. She created this interdisciplinary Coaching Certificate Program in collaboration with industry leaders. She is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and Professional Coaches and Mentors Association (PCMA). On a personal note, Alexandria is a competitive cross country and marathon runner.

Craig Martin, MCC



Craig Martin is an Executive Leadership Consultant and a founder and principal of EUROUS. His specialty is working with executives and management teams helping them "do their most important work" in performance, leadership and teamwork. Global clients include Cisco Systems, Cypress Semiconductor and Ernst & Young.

The International Coach Federation (ICF) has awarded Craig its Master Certified Coach (MCC) credential. He is also a graduate of New Ventures West; a professional coaching school accredited by the ICF. Craig has over 18 years experience as a line management executive in marketing and financial services. He was a Vice President at Charles Schwab & Co where he worked in Advertising, Mutual Funds and Electronic Brokerage. Craig and his wife of 20 years are avid tennis players and skiers; and they have two young children in elementary school.

Craig has held leadership positions for many years in the coaching industry through the Professional Coaches & Mentors Association (PCMA) where is currently President of the Northern California chapter. He also serves a lay leader in the Episcopal Church in the Diocese of California (San Francisco Bay Area) where he has been engaged for the recruitment of both its new Bishop and a local parish Rector.
